I’m a physician who is board-certified in both general psychiatry, and child and adolescent psychiatry, to treat mental health conditions.
Working with people throughout the life course, I focus on mental health and wellbeing as well as illness. Given that 50 percent of mental disorders develop by age 14, and 75 percent by age 24, I believe it’s a unique privilege to help young people and families through challenges of childhood, adolescence and young adulthood.
I seek to have impact with a perspective informed by public health, global health and social medicine. Beyond this, I work to advance mental health in society through mentorship, teaching, and scholarship.
